Hello and Happy New Year!
Tim and I wanted to thank both of you again for building us such a beautiful and wonderful home! We very much appreciate the quality of the home; the insulation (can’t believe the attic doesn’t crazy hot or cold!), the quality of windows, the quality of workmanship, vendors and contractors. There are so many aspects that I can’t do it all justice.
We also appreciate how wonderful Blaine is and how he has taken care of us through out the build process and after the fact. Blaine, you know I think the world of you but I wanted to thank you again for your attention to detail, timeliness and respect with all of our concerns/questions/frustrations! You have come through exponentially for EVERYTHING. That is not an easy job especially with all the clients and demands you have. You always addressed my calls or text quickly but also politely. I really enjoyed working with you and will miss you!
Mike, you have been wonderful to work with and we appreciate your assistance on so many things as we were virgin new home builders! Thank you for all of your time, expertise and fairness getting us into this lovely home and neighborhood! Thank you for the 3 and 11 month check ups and following through on those lists.
After being here a year we just wanted to say thank you again to both of you and your team getting into our home. Don’t be strangers, stop by anytime!
